Unable to open a case that is Resolved-Completed

I have a similar issue with a case which is Resolved-Completed, but unable to open the case (application freezes every time i try to open the case). Tracer says that the getContent activity is stuck on Java step. I need to delete the assignment, which would resolve my issue.

Can you tell me how to get the Assignment ID please ?

Hi

1. We can find assignment id in pxAssignmentKey:

key of the assignment is present in either "ASSIGN-WORKLIST" or "ASSIGN-WORKBASKET"

2. usually present at pyWorkPage.pxFlow(<Flow>).pxAssignmentKey
