Add the Email threads Functionality to Service Case in Constellation
In constellation applcation, we are using email channel which creates a Triage Case(ET-) and also we create a business case(ESC-). The Triage case has the functionality to forward /Reply emails and the emails threads are maintained. These are create OOTB and available in the EmailManager portal.
My requirement is to add this emailthread in the case view as a seperate tab so that the users will be able to send/reply emails on the business cases(Esc-) rather than going to the ET case and sending emails. I am trying to find this email component/view to see how this is currently configured in the Triage case(Work-Channel-Triage-Email), but there is no way am able to see the case type in Appstudio or Casedesigner. Since this is a constellation application am trying to find the view configurations for the constellation portal so that can be embedded in my Business case. If i try to open the ET case in devstudio the elements shown are section based and can view only in readonly mode.
Is there a way to find this view from the OOTB triage case and embed the same in the required business case.
