We are not notified via emails even after setting up the notifications in PDC
Hello Team,
we are not getting any emails even after setting up notifications in PDC in our HDAP application .can you help us it resolved please ?

@RamprasadP16789877 I can see that support ticket INC-B2133 (Not getting emails even after setting up notifications in PDC) was closed with the following solution:
Current Status:
The issue is being caused by some sort of forwarding mechanism at the initial recipient that is causing the message to hit too many mail systems on the way to their terminal destination, and failing thereafter.
To address this issue, we recommend that you connect with your mail team to review any forwarding settings or systems under your control that may be impacting the delivery of emails between us.
Next Steps: Client to connect with their mail team.Client was not getting emails from PDC for the daily digest notifications setup in Dev & QA environment. The issue is being caused by some sort of forwarding mechanism at the initial recipient that is causing the message to hit too many mail systems on the way to their terminal destination, and failing thereafter.

Looks like the configuration is correct. Can you check if your organization's firewall is preventing from reaching your mailbox. Else its better to raise a ticket with Pega GCS.
