How to set-up an Email Listener notification failure in the PDC
Required to set-up an Email Listener notification failure in the PDC. I logged in as the provided "DiagnosticCloudUser" operator profile. Trying to follow the below article on how to set-up the notifications in the PDC. https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-predictive-diagnostic-cloud/managing-notifications-pega-predictive-diagnostic-cloud But, unable to identify and complete the step "click the Properties icon, and then select Notifications > Manage notifications" Can someone please help me in set-up the same or do we need special access to set-up the notifications?

Actually, all users should be able to subscribe to Listener Errors and Listener in Disabled State events. Non-manager users can request to be notified personally; managers can specify notifications through multiple channels and to multiple email addresses.
