PDC Notifications are Delayed
Please note that our application QP's were stopped at 6:30 pm but we have received the notification of the same at 7:30 pm. There is an Hour difference in between the actual event and the mail alert which we have received it.
Can any one let us know if we have to make any configuration setting to get the PDC Alerts ontime?
Also there were 20 QP's which were stopped as part of Maintenance, but we were notified about only 12 QP's but we have not received the update of 8 QP's till date.

@PAVANK6955 Gentle Reminder Follow up: Can any one let us know if we have to make any configuration setting to get the PDC Alerts to make sure we receive all the alerts on time ?

PDC receives the events when the alerts are generated in the system.
Could you please check when the alert logs are generated for 12 QPs? And do you see any entries in the alert log for missing 8 QPs?
