Alert Notification of PDC

We have some alert-setting at PDC both on stg and prod environment we are using.

Recently this alert mail was sent once every 2hours from PDC.

Here is one Alert Notification we received  today:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

「PDC has observed alert - Agent excessive run duration : "OPS0027". System "[Removed By Moderator]-prod1", node ID "util-i-[data cleaned]", node name "ip-[removed by xxxx"」

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We need a help to figure it out and resolve it.
