Enhancement Request: Email Notification for PEGA0130 and PEGA0118 Alert via PDC
- The current behavior of PEGA0130 and PEGA0118 alerts are they are not configured for PDC notification.
- The business impact of not receiving email notifications - In order to improve the performance and monitoring current job schedulers run stats we need this notification to be enabled to resolve issues before it get hungup
- A use case or scenario where email alerts would be beneficial - We have PEGAMarketing BIX job scheduler which is being running longer whatever the reason. Which causing sync issues between PEGA CS and PEGA Marketing due to failure of this job
