Pega PDC test connectivity failure

Hello,

  We have configured Pega PDC in all environments. Sanbox, DEV, Test, NFT, Pre prod and Prod. It was working fine but two weeks back the PDC is not getting any data from Test, NFT , Preprod and Prod. We are getting remote application exception when we try "Test connectivity". 403 error.

No changes happened on server side . Not sure why suddenly started getting this error.
