Deep linking into Pega PDC?

Does Pega PDC allow for deep linking from other tools? So if we have a dashboard on prem can we construct a uri to go to a certain page / time frame within PDC?

This looks to be typical use case of Pega Mashup. In theory it is possible. Alternatively, you can definitely launch PDC link from your own application.
