PDC is a Pega services available by default to Pega Cloud Customers. The data as such can not be purged by users/customer team, whereas the cases gets automatically resolved that does not reoccur for 30 days.

It is not recommended to purge the data of PDC as the data is the key to gather, monitor, and analyze real-time performance and health indicators from all active Pega Platform Applications.

In case if there is a need to purge data then please do open up a SR with Pega GCS for further processing.
