How to setup up app specific access in PDC
We have configured PDC external enviornment for our on-Prem and private cloud enviornments. Right now our on-prem environment has multiple applications running on a single environment. When we configured it in PDC, we see all the apps under improvement Plan menu. We are planning to provide PDC access to our application support teams so that they can manage their app specific exceptions and fix the issues on their own. But however, we do not see that option available to configure. Can you let me know how we can proceed with this?
Also, Can you let me know if we can find any user guides/documentation on how to use all features of PDC like all the features/functions that each one can perform?
