Pega PDC monitoring On Premise Application
We configured our PDC Cloud instance to monitor on premise pega applications. How can we find out the list of IP addresses associated with this instance. We need the same to open up our firewalls to publish information from On Premise Pega applications.

We monitor most on-premise deployments using system pdc-external at https://pdc-external.pegacloud.com. If your network / firewall configurations block applications from sending to PDC, please configure proxy server and have system administrators add the appropriate JVM options for the Pega servers to leverage the proxy server
Applications send data to PDC via https. PDC itself never connects to applications - it just listens.
pdc-external uses Amazon Web Services application load balancing. Amazon reserves the right to re-asssign or move ALB services without notification --- the IP address(es) or pdc-external will change.
To see current IP addresses, use ping or nslookup command. Amazon does document the IP address ranges that might be used by AWS-hosted services. PDC-external is in Amazon US-East-1 at the moment. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html - there are a lot of possible IP's
