Reports in PDC
Hi,
I have a question related to Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud Manager.
I have read thru these articles:

When we login to Pega PDC, and navigate to Reporting tab from the left navigation pane, it lands us to a page which has bunch of reports which categorized into multiple sections.
Each of these categories have reports, that can be run based on date time range. And it shows a report accordingly.
Is there a way that these reports can be scheduled to run and send data to set of email recipients.
This option of scheduling and sending data to email recipients is only available in Custom Reports. But however in Custom Reports , we cannot create reports that are shown in Reports Category.

Hi,
Here's how you can create a new custom report and schedule it to be sent via email:
1. Open the report that you want. E.g. Total Alerts by Day
2. Open Actions menu on top right and choose Save As
3. Save the report in one of the categories (e.g. My Reports)
4. Open Custom Reports tab. Go to the category that you chose in the previous step
5. Click the cog wheel next to your report and choose Schedule
6. Choose the desired schedule and list of recipients (operators)

Hi,
Thank you for your response. This did help.
I was able to schedule and notify operators.
However, this doesn't apply for all out of the box reports. Some reports dont have the 'Save As' option.

Some of the OOTB reports do use derrogated rules. Please let us know which you found most useful so we can prioritize upgrades and enhancements.
