Can we customize emails in PDC?
Hi All,
Is it possible to customize an email (the one we receive to our email address after subscribing to any of event/schedule based report) in PDC Predictive Diagnostic Cloud in Pega?
Any suggestions would be useful.

I believe we can't customize mail as of now.
But you can give a try with Custom Report, that may help you.

Yes from the custom reports you can schedule and send notifications to multiple users.
Or let us know if you want to send an email to a user for a specific use case? please describe briefly.

Steps that we have followed:
1)Diagnostic Cloud - Scorecards >> Manage Subscription.
Suppose we have subscribed an event based scorecard to an email address.
we are able to receive emails at subscribed email id(with alert info, msid, kpi, etc.).
Now if we want to receive the mail in another format or with different content. Can we customize that?
