Is it possible to add custom Work queues in PDC?
In PDC, if you chose to reassign an item, you can select a Work Queue from a predefined list (see screen print). Is it possible to add custom workgroups, for example to assign assignments to specific development teams?
Or are there other best practices for assigning work items fromPDC to specific teams? (integration with e.g. Jira is one option that I know).

Hello,
We don't have a feature for creating custom work queues inside of PDC itself but can do it upon request for a specific tenant that needs it.
For best practices, it would be to assign the cases into the system you already use for development. This would include Agile Studio, Jira, and ServiceNow. You would use the tracking references feature to tag in other applications.
