Next, hit the application with a few real requests (open a case, run a report, call an API) and refresh the page to confirm it is not simply “no traffic.” Then verify the environment itubnc-ipega-dt1 is actually connected in PDC (nodes visible, status healthy) and that the PDC/Pega agent version was upgraded along with PDC 5. Confirm your Pega Platform version supports HTTP Monitoring in PDC 5 and that the required “send diagnostics/telemetry to PDC” settings are enabled for that system. Check network/proxy/firewall rules to allow outbound calls from the Pega nodes to the PDC endpoints, because blocked traffic results in empty dashboards. Review PegaRULE.log and any PDC agent logs for “publish/transport failed” messages right after the upgrade. Restart the PDC agent (or the affected nodes) after verifying configuration so it re-registers and starts streaming metrics again. If other environments show data but only this one doesn’t, re-create/re-link the environment definition in PDC and then retest.
