Process flow action via Email
I have configured email to display list of flow actions (Approve & Reject) of an assignment to allow user to perform by using OOTB pzEmailActions correspondence in assignment Notification tab/details. I am getting email with list of flow actions as URLs in email body as expected. When user clicks on link, Email automatically becoming editable/reply mode with hexa decimal subject then user needs to click Send button. I have an requirement to Submit flow action the moment user clicks Approve/Reject link in email body without showing email in reply/editable mode because user does not enter anything in email. Please share your thoughts to submit flow action via email without replying email.

I assume you are looking to submit email on a click and not send email to move forward in flow.

HI @HARISH M: Can you try to use WorkLink corr fragment in your email so that the system will navigate the user to the case for them to take action. Please see if this helps for your usecase.
