Identifying Emails failed to process
Hello Everyone,
We have 1000s of cases being created daily via email listeners.
We want to have a mechanism where we can retry the failed items which did not create a case due to some error, we are able to get the message id of such failed items, and now want to retry to create the cases.
Any idea how we can proceed?
how can we get the required details through the messageid?
