Resolve the Email Triage Case , Once the service case is created.
Hi All,
We have a requirement where the Email triage case has to be resolved , once the service case is created/Resolved .
Does Pega provide any OOTB functionality for this?

Please check if you can leverage the extension point (pyPostTriage) to meet your requirements. However, it's not recommended to customize the OOTB flow because this could impact future upgrades.
