Email bot did not create the email triage case for few emails
Hi Team,
Email bot did not create the email triage case & business case for few emails, is there any way to identify the root cause for this issue.
please let me know if you need any other details..

@Sravan Kumar Reddy , one way to identify the problem would be to look at exceptions, if any, in logs. I would suggest you open support ticket because this is not expected. If you find any exception in logs, you can post here so I can take a look and see if there is an issue in application setup.
