Email bot is not replying to the received email
Hi, I have successfully configured the email bot thru email channel.
Email is getting processed, that is, the email is coming to Pega from the external user
1. Email triage case is getting created but
2. Email bot is not sending the reply back to the user as per the selected template.
3. Also the case is not getting created.
But if i send a email using Send Email smart shape then email is going out successfully. So my email account and listener are working fine.
am using 8.5.1 version
