Reply popup in email interactions is not resizable
Customer service operators can reply on an incoming email in an email interaction using the 'Reply' button. This shows a popup which the operator can minimize or maximimze but cannot resize.
Problem is that the popup is in most cases too small, and when the operator maximizes the popup then the popup hides important information about the customer and it is not possible to copy & paste customer information in the reply.
What is the best solution to make this popup resizable?
