Change to resolve stage by closing the case
Hi,
I have a requirement like A-B-C-D stages when am in first stage A when i click on discard case should move to Stage D and case should be resolved and also case should be removed from the worklist as well.I am using pxForceCaseClose activity and pxChangeStage to resolve and close the case but am getting error "Either no actions are specified for this assignment or you do not have the permission to access any of them" in the UI.So, can anyone help me out to get resolve this.

Hi SrinivasaReddy,
Assuming stage D is the resolution stage (with proper Resolved-* status) in your case type, pxChangeStage shape/activity only should work to resolve and close all the open assignments. pxForceCaseClose may be required where we are processing the work / case outside the context of the flow processing like bulk processing etc.

You can try giving the activity pxChangeStage in the post action tab using run activity action where you pass the parameter to specify a stage ID or stage name to set as the next stage and resolve the case.

@SrinivasareddyDumpa Can you please provide the screenshot of the Stage A (Process/Flow) rule? Are you using Optional Actions to discard? or a button inside the section rule? More information helps to troubleshoot this problem
