Hi Team,

is there any possibility   to configure the multiple email accounts to one case type . how we can achieve

@ramun16915856 No, it's not possible to configure multiple email accounts to one case type directly. If you want to use unique email accounts, you must create additional applications and email accounts for each Case Type.
