How to create a case through email
Hi,
I have a requirement where customer sent the email the case will create automatically

Please follow below mention steps,
1.Create email account in your application.
2.click on channel & Interface.
3.Click on Email Icon.
4.Enter channel name based on your scenario.
Add your Email account in "Email Handling" and verify it.
5.In Behavior Tab-->Add Casetype under Suggested cases.
6.Click on casetype gearicon under textanalysis tab Add matching subjects based on your scenarios for triggering mail.
7.In Intelligent routing in action dropdown "select create case" & under value we can give the casetype name.
After completion above steps send email to the account which you have created.
Please use Email Listener or Email bot. If you want to instantiate specific case type, you can directly configure it on case type.

Step2: Tag the created email account to case type.
