How to attach Respond Email to the same case in EmailBot
Hi,
Can any one please let me know, when we a get a reply/respond mail it should be attached to the same case in EmailBot.

@Mamatha Adiraju , when a reply email is received, it should be attached to the same case in Email Bot. This is typically achieved by including the case ID (for example, the Email Triage ID) in the subject line of the email. When the Email Bot receives a reply, it checks the subject line for a case ID. If a case ID is found, the email is attached to the existing case. If no case ID is found, a new case is created.
