How to auto attach a pdf into email when a case fulfill certain criteria

hi ,  I would need to attach a sample pdf into a email whenever a criteria fulfills. Is there a method to do so.

     I achieved this by attaching pdf to case by using Send Email shape in case. Please see the document attahched.
