How to attach email response to an existing case
Hi,
My requirement is,
We send out an email via Corrnew to a user. There is a case which is already created and all correspondence should be managed with in.
Once the user replies back to that same mail, it should be attached to the parent case itself. I know that this can be achieved by writing a separate activity (i.e. have the case id in subject > extract it > open the case and then attach email etc...) but is there any OOTB activity that can be used for this ?
This is a pretty standard requirement so there must be something OOTB but I still could not find it.
