File Listner to attach pdf to existing case.

Requirement:

A file listener has to pick the pdf from a server folder and attach them to the existing cases.

PDF file name will contain the case number to which it has to get attached.

Challenges:

Unable to read the PDF and attach to the case at the same time.

Can anyone please suggest how can i achieve that?
