Transfer Assignment to multiple users(Internal and External users)
I have a requirement like, transfer assignment to multiple users it can be internal and external users. How do i transfer one assignment to internal users and external users. How they will work on parallely on the same assignment.Could you please suggest me an approach on the requirement.

when you are talking about assignments, you need to understand that it is a single entity that can be handled or worked upon by single user . It is practically impossible to assign a single assignment to multiple users !
Yes, multiple parties can work on same assignment ( when optimistic locking will come into picture ) but you cant assign a single assignment to multiple one.
