Work Object Attachment Issue
I have a requirement to open any document on the 'onclick' of the attachment link, where in regularly it asks for 'Open & Save' options either on a prompt window or at bottom of explorer both in IE or Chrome. we have options in chrome to open a type of document directly when we open the next time. However, I am looking for a option to directly open the document without any prompt.
Could you please help me if you have any ideas.

I think your question ia about IE , please recheck because by default chrome directly opens the attachment at any point of time , and based on my exposure , till now there is no Option possible for open or save in chrome , it is not supported from google chrome it self only IE has Option to Open or save .

Thanks Jeevan and Jonn. Yes these options I have explored, however - we need to educate every user to get this implemented. Instead we are looking for options to directly get it on the application, which means a simple 'Click' and the document is opened.
Jonn, also by default Chrome is not providing option, however - when a type of doc is downloaded for first time, we have an option while opening it to make it auto opened the next time.

Hareesh, we are not using any control. Could you please tell if we have any supporting link for the same. I could not find one.
Also, is there any option where this could be achieved without using a control.
