Attach HTTP Response PDF file to Work Object

Hello,

I have a requirement to attach PDF file to work object. We get PDF document upon a click on Link. The response is HTTPResponse.

Is there any solution to convert HTTPResponse to Base64 so that I can do attach to work object.
