Web Application interrogation Issues

I am facing below issue while interrogation the controls. 

Application - Web Application

While interrogating the controls Pega got struck and we could not do anything after that. 

Have to close IE using Task manager then i can work further.

Steps:

Step 1: Start the interrogation mode of web adapter. 

Step 2: interrogate the corresponding Fields in Web application and Blue color rectangle came. .

Step 3: Fields can identified and Blue color rectangle container came.

Step 4: Just Struck there and not creating the controls in the Pega.

Step 5: Have to close IE using Task Manager to back to normal.

Pega Robotic Studio - 8.0.2025.0

Without more detail I can't really offer a suggestion.I would suggest though (since this is an issue that seems like it is specific to the application you are working with) that you open a support request. If you do, please add the SR number to the post so that the resolution can be tracked and provided to the community.
