Unable to Interrogate any Web Application

Hi,

I am unable to interrogate any web application. Nothing on the web page is recognized but the actual browser elements are like the tabs, toolbar etc...

Any idea what might be causing this ?

I am using the plug-in version and tried reinstall it multiple times.

Usually this means either some security software is blocking access to the browser, or you are using an older version of Pega Robotics with a newer update to Windows that are incompatible. What is your build version of Windows and what is your build version of Pega Robotics?
