Unable to interrogate the web application (Robotics Training)

Hi Pega,

I am using Pega 8.0 in Windows 10 with IE 11. I was doing the training and follow step by step. Not sure why the IE is not working whenever I started Interrogation on the web application.

Please provide the specific version of Robotics that you are using (8.0.xxxx) and the version of windows 10 that you are using. You can find the windows version by entering 'winver' in a cmd window.

Also, make sure that Studio has been white-listed in your Antivirus software. We recommend that you whitelist the entire installation folder. This would be the 'openspan' folder found in Program Files (x86) (by default on a 64 bit machine).

My Windows is Windows 10 Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192)

Pega is Version 8.0.1076.0 Version 14.0.25420.1 D14REL

Pega is not blacklisted in the autivirus software.

Please assist. Thank you!

I believe there was a bug with older versions of Studio which would not allow interrogation of web applications in newer versions of windows 10.  Versions of studio 8.0.1080 and higher should no longer have this bug.  If you can't find an appropriate version on the training course, try searching for one at community.pega.com/digital-delivery
