Not able to interrogate web application
I have installed Pega robotic studio( Proprietary information hidden) . I am just practising Pega robotic content from Pega academy.
In the robotic studio, i am not able to interrogate Web application .
If i use web application as adapter ,i am getting some error.Attached image(named Web Application_Issue)
If i use Universal web application as adapter ,I am seeing that http://training.openspan.com is getting launched in chrome but that
pop up with Target icon is not coming and a different type of error is coming . Attached image (Named Universal_Web_Application_Issue)
I have verified that Pega robotic automation extension is added to Chrome . Attached image (named Extension_Enable )
I have seen lots of post are there on the same but i am not getting any solution out of them.
Can someone advide me on this?

I am guessing that the issue with Internet Explorer is related to the build of Windows 10 you are on. What build of Windows 10 are you using? As for the Chrome issue, if your extension is enabled then I suspect something just might be hung up with Chrome or the messaging host. Try a restart of your computer and once you restart, check to see if Chrome or OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe are running. If not, then start interrogation and see if that connects. If they are, you might still try, but if that fails, try killing those processes and interrogating again.

My windows version in 2004.
The issue seems to be resolved now. I just disabled the chrome extension and then follow the below process to enable it again .
So I believe ,there was some issue present with my earlier installed chrome extension
