Unable to see Bulk actions in Pega 8.6 on Manager Portal

Bulk actions in Pega 8.6 on Manager Portal are not visible.

The privileges have been set for Bulk Action and the operator belongs to the Access group that has the right privileges set up but still cant find the Bulk Actions. Can you suggest what am I missing here or if this feature is not available in 8.6? - Thanks

 Are you wanting to find documentation equivalent to Viewing your checkouts and accessing bulk actions  and Bulk processing?

Please have a look at the answer provided in the following forum question Is bulk Action deprecated ?
