Unable to install pega personal edition 8.6

Hi,

When I try to install the PE 8.6 in my PC with OS "Windows 10", I am getting the fail message and asked to check the logs to find the cause.

but in log files it have stated as "creation was not successful for an unknown reason".

 I have attached both the screen shot.

Please provide any help if possible.

@GowriV10Before installing can you check whether the database and Server ports that are asked as part of installation are availability by clicking on Availability button.
