Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen.
I have created an application in Pega 8.4 and created the pega robot in robot studio Proprietary information hidden and trying to integrate them. The connection from robot to server is successful and bot is able to retrieve fields created in Pega server. however, when I am trying to invoke the bot by running the application in Pega, I am facing the error like " Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow ". I tried all the solutions given for this issue previously and nothing is working for me.
Could anyone please help me to get rid of this error and integrate the bot with pega successfully.

Did you configure the local runtime URL? this is done by setting the DSS pegarobotics/runtime/DesktopRoboticsURL needs to be set to the URL and port set by the Robot runtime. You can verify this in RuntimeConfig.xml by default is URL https://localruntime.pega.com:9443
If this is already setup you can verify from a browser that the Robot runtime it is correctly configured by using the URL https://localruntime.pega.com:9443/api/v1/runtime/IsAvailable
If you are using localhost and http for your server, you may want to configure the Robot runtime to run as localhost with http. This can be configured in RuntimeConfig.xml. If you use http and localhost for your server and https and local runtime.pega.com for the Robot runtime. You need to look for CORS breaches in the browser when executing the automation as you'll need to define the CSP for your application.
