Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen (Pega 7.4 with Pega Robotics Studio 8)
Hello, can someone please assist as I am getting below error when attempting to integrate Pega 7.4 with Pega Robotics Studio 8
- Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow.
Note:
- I have searched through the community articles and followed the suggestions there but have been unsuccessful to find a resolution.
- I am able to retrieve a success message from the IsAvailable.json when navigating to: http://localhost:9443/api/v1/runtime/IsAvailable
- I am not able to see the robot registered within the Robot Manager portal
- Also, I see the following success message in the Runtime log: Info

Can you specify the exact Robotics version and RM version used at your end? Also share the screenshot error message and Studio.log file. Can you try deleting the Operator ID at PRPC side and try to open Robotics studio/Runtime.
