You have posted the question on the Pega Support Centre (PSC). This is your first point of call if you have any product questions that are likely documented or where fellow forum users can help you out ('How to Design' etc).
You may be confusing it with our My Support Portal (MSP). This is the portal where registered users from your company can log in to log tickets with our Global Client Support team.

Before you begin: Before you use the support portals, go to the Pega Support Center to see if a posted Question, Discussion, or Support Document precludes the need for a support ticket. Get a preview by reading about the Pega Support Center.
Depending on your Pega support account and your Pega deployment, you have access to My Support Portal or My Pega Cloud, or both portals.
To create support tickets using My Support Portal, see Creating a new support ticket and My Support Portal Frequently Asked Questions.
You should be able to find the status of INC-271922 by logging into the MSP and setting the filter to 'Resolved'/'Closed' tickets.
The status of INC-271922 is Resolved-NoResponse as there was no response from the client when our team attempted to reach out to the client.
