Getting started with Support Docs
From the Read Support Documents. This page and subsequent pages list all Support Documents that are published to the Pega Support Center.

Support Doc subtypes
Currently Support Docs comprise the following subtypes:
- Troubleshooting and How To documents derived from client cases
- Security Advisories
- Videos
- Resolved Issues
- Design Patterns
- Support Policy & Procedure
- Installation and Update Roadmaps
Filtering using search facets
Use the search facets to filter Support Docs by subtype. After you have found the Support Docs of a particular type, you can refine the search results further.
Support Docs > Troubleshooting and How To documents
For the Content Type = Support Doc, select the search facets:
- Content Category = Product
- Tags = Troubleshooting and How To
These facets serve up this search results permalink, which you can page through:
Support Docs > Security Advisories
For the Content Type = Support Doc, select the search facets:
- Content Category = Product
- Tags = Security Advisory
These facets serve up this search results permalink, which you can page through:

For the Content Type = Support Doc, select the search facets:
- Content Category = Product

For Content Type, click Resolved Issues.
The Content Type facet Resolved Issues serves up this search results permalink, which you can page through or refine using other filter facets:

As an alternative, from the Pega Support Center home page, you can go directly to the page : Pega Platform Resolved Issues | Support Center
If the Pega Support Center search results for Resolved Issues seems skimpy, the reason is that the migration of Resolved Issues from docs-previous.pega.com to the Support Center SDocs has just started.
Therefore, Resolved Issues for older releases will be on https://docs-previous.pega.com/platform/resolved-issues for a while and newer releases will have their Resolved Issues on the Support Center.
To learn more about the Resolved Issues published to the Pega Support Center, go to Installation and Update Information for Pega Products. For a patch release (for example, Pega Platform 8.8.1), click View Details and read the Resolved Issues section.

- Content Category = Product
- Tags = Design Patterns
These facets serve up this search results permalink, which you can page through:
Content called Design Patterns was formerly available in the Pega Community Wiki. Select Design Pattern wiki content is being moved to the Pega Support Center as Support Documents.

Refining filtered Support Doc results
Refine your filtered Support Doc results by using additional search facets:
- Updated - Select a time frame from the list.
- Product - Select a Pega Product from the list.
- Capability - Select a Pega Product capability (feature set) from the list.
