SLACK Integration With PEGA Digital Messaging -Third party API Channel
Requirement: Integrate SLACK Messaging with Pega Digital Messaging using Third Party API connection.
We did: Created a incoming webhook url for a Channel in Slack and added the connection in DM connection Manager. But, there seems to be something missing as this is not working.
We need: * steps to connect Slack and Pega using DM
* configurations required at Pega and Slack end
* to know any limitations
Please guide/help us with this and share your thoughts. If you can share any documentation that might help us, we would really appreciate it.

@MarijeSchillern Thanks for the reply. Yes I followed the exact steps which are mentioned in the document. Cam you please help on where do we need to add the "Digital Messaging Webhook", "Connection ID (JWT issuer)" ,"JWT Secret" fields in SLACK side.

Hello @santoshk3751, this requires a custom implementation, with your own endpoint for Slack and formatting for messages. We are working on adding more process and sample details to the documentation and will share as soon as these are available.
