Pega digital messaging integration with external API's like Chat Bot
Hi Folks, I am trying to integrate Pega Digital messaging services with External API's (ex. chatbot or other integrations which will give me similar results like chatbot). One option is to create a case type and provide the command option and define all the integration at flow level. But i want to understand what is the use of the connection tab at digital messaging. Could you please help if we can provide the API of the external systems what is the outcome and help me to understand the usage of below fiels in which scenario we should go with these fields configuration.

- Management API url
