Details for Configuring Digital Messaging channel security

Hi Team, 

 

I am trying to add twitter as one of my customer service channel. Can you please help me to enable the Digitial Messaging by providing.

 

the security settings for your Digital Messaging channel, including the Manager ID and the Manager Key values for Digital Messaging Manager

Also, please note that direct integration with Twitter is no longer supported in the Digital Messaging channel.
