Hi Team, I have a requirement an SLA will be triggered based on the work object status. Once the clock starts the work party will receive the notification. But here the user doesn't want to receive any notifications like mail or pulse. The manager wants to identify the work object based on SLA color on the portal w.r.t to the operator. My requirement is how to add color based on the SLA, Refer screenshot.

Please suggest design
