Hi We have configured an SLA in case life cycle in an assignment and it was working properly but all of a sudden now the SLA is not being picked up.when we checked system-queue-servicelevel instances we could see the instances in scheduled stage but its not being executed
Could you please try to revalidate and save the particular SLA and test the use-case. Also, try to save the rule in your application ruleset stack / appropriate requestor type access-group to get it picked for every time.
