Rating the case through email without using Listeners.
User get a email from Pega for an assignment assigned to him.
The email should contain a 5 star rating and once the user clicks on the star, a window for comments should be displayed with a submit button.
On click of the submit button the rating and comments details has to be updated in Pega.
Note - the customer does not want to use the listener functionality so we cannot use the Approve by email option.
Is there any other possible way to do this?

Is there a way to retrieve additional params in DWA link?
the url that we form is like this
'{$save(PublicLinkURL)}?starRating=5&pzSignature={pyCorrPage.pyPlainSignature NORMAL}'
Where the starRating is the additional Parameter we like to Pass.
