How to track email click through rates in Pega Sales Automation

Hi All,

Please let me know how can we track email click thorugh rates in pega sales automation.

Can we use Send Grid?( Is Send Grid only compatible with pega marketing ?).

Please advise feasible ways.

Hi,

 

As of know we did not have email tracking functionality in Sales Automation.  This exists only in marketing.  In coming releases we are planning this functionality.
