how can I retrieve the open rates and the click rate of emails

Hello

how can I retrieve the open rates and the click rate of emails that are sent from pega portal (Correspondence)

and if it 's not possible can we intergate an API like Mailjet for example ? and how?

@fatimaezzahrad7952 Pega doesn't provide built-in functionality to track open rates and click rates for emails sent from the portal.

However, you can integrate an email service provider like Mailjet to achieve this. Mailjet offers a connector for Pega Customer Decision Hub that includes a service for tracking bounce-backs and email deliveries.

You can download the Mailjet Connector from Pega Marketplace and follow the integration and configuration steps provided in the documentation.
